• Children's Catechetical Ministry (CCM)

The mission of Children's Catechetical Ministry (formerly known as "CCD" or Religious Education) is to serve the faith formational needs of your children so that the teachings and example of Jesus become a way of life for them. This formation process involves doctrine, prayer, community building, moral formation, social justice, service ministry, and most-importantly ongoing participation with the community at Sunday Eucharist.

We recognize that you, the parents, are the first catechists of your children. Our mission can only be accomplished in partnership with you, through the grace of the Holy Spirit. We, at St. Charles, will do our part by providing high quality resources to assist you in meeting your goals to raise your child(ren) in the Catholic faith.

Our catechetical ministry is a continuous process from Kindergarten through 4th grades which also includes sacramental preparation. For information specific to the First Reconciliation/First Communion Program visit the First Reconciliation/First Communion webpage here or contact the Catechetical Ministry office.

We wish to serve you in any way possible. Should you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me either by phone or email.
