• The Revised Code of Canon Law [ Canon 536 ] allows the establishment of an advisory pastoral council, representative of the whole parish in its membership, to assist the Pastor in planning, coordinating, guiding and directing all aspects of parish life. At St  Charles, the Parish Vision Committee has been formed to fulfill this function.
