Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Pam Nehrenz

The Bay Area has been my home all my life. I was born in San Francisco and have lived in Redwood City for the past 27 years. My husband, Tom, and I wanted to raise our children on the peninsula and felt strongly about the schools they attended. Both of our grown children, Matt & Katie, have attended Catholic grammar and high schools. Both have graduated from college and we’re lucky that one of our children, Matt, lives in the area, working at NASA in Mountain View.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University worked in the logistics arena for about 20 years. After receiving my teaching credential from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, I began teaching at St. Charles School. My 17 years at St. Charles began as a 4th grade teacher, where I taught for 12 years. When I decided I wanted to teach part-time, the position of Character Education teacher became available. I love teaching the character education curriculum and in these four short years, we have seen a tremendous amount of growth in our student body in the social-emotional area.
